Environmental Water Quality Consultant / Senior Consultant (Riverine Modelling)
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Water Quality Consultant / Senior Consultant specializing in Riverine Modelling to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of river systems, analyzing water quality data, and developing innovative solutions to improve and manage water resources sustainably. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Key responsibilities include undertaking riverine modelling studies, preparing technical reports, and presenting findings to clients and stakeholders. Your expertise will contribute to the development of strategies for managing water quality, habitat restoration, and pollution mitigation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science or engineering, with a focus on hydrology and water quality management. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, along with proficiency in riverine modelling software and data analysis tools. You should possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and the public. A Master’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred, and experience in project management and team leadership will be highly regarded.
