We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer - Building Services to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical systems within various building projects. Your expertise will contribute to the development of HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and enhance energy efficiency. You will collaborate closely with architects, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions, while also preparing detailed technical documentation and specifications for projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in building services engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software is essential. You should have a strong understanding of local and international building codes, as well as experience with energy modeling and sustainability practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial, as you will manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain client relationships.
