We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Preconstruction Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the preconstruction phase of various projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing the preconstruction process, including pricing, scheduling, and coordinating with architects and engineers. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project goals, facilitate scope development, and assess risks, enabling you to create comprehensive and competitive bids that align with client expectations and company standards.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading the preconstruction team, conducting thorough site assessments, and evaluating project feasibility. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, develop project schedules, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
