Your primary responsibilities will include leading the preconstruction team, conducting thorough site assessments, and evaluating project feasibility. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, develop project schedules, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and implementing best practices in project management to optimize procurement and efficiency. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will mentor junior team members and represent the company in client meetings.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in preconstruction management within the construction industry. Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools is required, as well as a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and codes.
