The position operates on a shift basis, including nights, weekends and public holidays, to provide continuous protection and support.

Key responsibilities include analysing alerts and events from SIEM, endpoint protection, network monitoring and vulnerability management platforms; leading the investigation, containment and remediation of complex incidents; and coordinating with infrastructure, cloud, applications and service management teams when required. You will contribute to threat hunting, malware analysis, digital forensics and post-incident reviews, while producing clear technical reports and maintaining accurate case documentation. The role also involves tuning detection rules, improving monitoring coverage, supporting vulnerability remediation, reviewing security configurations and assisting with the development of playbooks, procedures and operational standards.
