We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Technician - MEP Specialist to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing detailed Revit models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that all designs meet client specifications and industry standards. Your expertise in Revit will be crucial in delivering high-quality documentation and supporting the project lifecycle, from concept through construction. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings, and performing clash detection to identify and resolve potential issues in designs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of MEP systems and extensive experience using Autodesk Revit. Proficiency in creating and managing families, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations, is essential. You should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and possess strong problem-solving skills to effectively address design challenges. Additionally, effective communication and teamwork abilities are vital, as you will liaise with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
