Environmental Water Quality Consultant / Senior Consultant (Marine Modelling)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Environmental Water Quality Consultant / Senior Consultant (Marine Modelling) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of marine water quality, working with a range of stakeholders to develop and implement effective management strategies. Your expertise in marine modelling will be critical in simulating and predicting the impacts of various environmental factors on water quality, allowing us to provide data-driven recommendations and solutions. You will also lead project teams and collaborate with interdisciplinary experts to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine science or environmental engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in water quality modelling software, such as ECOMSED or MIKE, is essential. You will be expected to prepare technical reports, present findings to clients and stakeholders, and provide guidance on regulatory compliance regarding marine water quality. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly are crucial for success in this role.
