Environmental Water Quality Consultant / Senior Consultant (Marine Modelling)
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Water Quality Consultant / Senior Consultant (Marine Modelling) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of water quality in marine environments, utilizing advanced modelling techniques to simulate and predict the impacts of various environmental factors. You will lead projects aimed at understanding and mitigating the effects of pollutants, nutrient loading, and climate change on marine ecosystems. Your expertise will contribute to the development of effective management strategies and compliance with environmental regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marine science, environmental engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in marine modelling software, such as Delft3D, MIKE, or similar tools, is essential. You will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and present findings to clients and regulatory bodies. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for environmental conservation are critical for success in this role. A Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is preferred, along with excellent communication and project management skills.
