We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by managing various aspects of talent acquisition, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Your organizational skills will ensure that our hiring managers have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.

As a Talent Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and assist in developing effective job descriptions. You will utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent. Additionally, you will conduct preliminary screenings, facilitate assessments, and support onboarding processes for new hires. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the key point of contact for candidates and will represent our company’s values and culture throughout the hiring journey.

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in a recruitment or HR support role. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
