We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the bid process from start to finish. Your primary duties will include preparing and assembling bid documentation, ensuring compliance with client specifications, and maintaining a comprehensive database of all bid materials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and support the development of competitive proposals that align with our business goals. As a Bid Coordinator, you will also be tasked with tracking bid submissions and deadlines, ensuring that all proposals are submitted on time. To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in bid coordination or proposal management.
