Payroll & Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will manage employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status, while maintaining confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries, addressing employee questions and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. Your expertise will ensure that payroll is executed smoothly and that all employees are paid accurately and on time.

In addition to payroll processing, the Payroll & Benefits Specialist will administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. This includes conducting open enrollment periods, providing guidance to employees on their benefits options, and ensuring compliance with benefits regulations. You will also assist in the development and implementation of policies related to payroll and benefits, working closely with management to streamline processes and enhance employee satisfaction.
