Sustainability & Energy Consultant
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sustainability & Energy Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your primary duties will include conducting comprehensive energy audits, analyzing energy consumption patterns, and identifying opportunities for reducing carbon footprints. You will work closely with clients to develop tailored sustainability strategies that align with their business goals while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, sustainable practices, and environmental policies. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement energy management programs, track progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. Strong project management skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels are essential to ensure successful project delivery.
To qualify for this role, a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Energy Management, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability consulting or energy management is preferred. Relevant certifications, such as LEED or Certified Energy Manager (CEM), will be considered an asset.
