Remote RTPI Chartered Town Planner (UK)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote RTPI Chartered Town Planner to join our dynamic team in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality planning advice and services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will lead the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and development plans, ensuring compliance with local and national policies. Your expertise will guide clients through the planning process, from initial discussions through to submission and negotiation, while liaising with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the UK planning system, along with proven experience in a similar role. You will hold an RTPI accreditation and have a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be required to articulate complex planning issues to clients and stakeholders alike. Proficiency in planning software and a strong ability to analyze and interpret data will be key to your success in this position. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to business development efforts and stay updated with changes in planning legislation and best practices.
