We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented M&E Clerk of Works to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with project specifications. You will serve as the key point of contact between the construction team, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will be essential in identifying potential issues early and implementing solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Your main duties will include conducting regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining accurate records of site activities. You will also be tasked with reviewing and approving M&E-related materials and equipment, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and preparing detailed reports on project progress. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings are essential, as well as a thorough understanding of building regulations and standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as an M&E Clerk of Works or a similar position, along with a relevant degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
