In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment to produce precision components according to engineering specifications. Your primary duties will include setting up machines, selecting appropriate tooling, and ensuring that all production processes adhere to safety and quality standards. You will also be required to monitor machine performance, conduct regular inspections, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal production efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of EDM processes, including programming and operating CNC machines. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. You should have a solid grasp of technical drawings and blueprints, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with ISO quality standards and a willingness to continuously improve processes will be highly regarded.
