We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal BIM Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards across our projects. You will lead a team of BIM specialists, ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time. Your expertise will guide the integration of BIM technologies, promoting collaboration among various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to drive project efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural or engineering design, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM management. A deep understanding of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is essential. You should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your attention to detail and problem-solving mindset will be critical in addressing complex design challenges. A professional certification in BIM or related fields is preferred.
