We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualiser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing concepts to life through high-quality 3D renderings and animations. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to create visually stunning representations of our projects, ensuring that they align with client expectations and project specifications. Your expertise in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or similar tools will be essential as you develop detailed visualizations for presentations, marketing materials, and project proposals.

Your main duties will include interpreting design briefs, creating 3D models and environments, and producing photorealistic renderings. You will also be tasked with refining existing models based on feedback, incorporating textures, lighting, and materials to achieve the desired aesthetic. Strong attention to detail and an understanding of architectural elements are crucial to accurately represent designs. Additionally, you will work on animations and walkthroughs to provide clients with an immersive experience of the project. Excellent communication skills are necessary, as you will present your work to clients and stakeholders and incorporate their feedback effectively.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing your 3D visualization skills, proficiency in relevant software, and a good understanding of design principles. A degree in architecture, design, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D visualization or a similar position.
