We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges. Your expertise will drive innovative solutions that enhance product performance and reliability, and you will be responsible for preparing detailed documentation, specifications, and reports related to electrical designs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, and a Master’s degree or Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred. Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools, along with a solid understanding of power systems, control systems, and embedded systems, is essential. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will be working closely with other engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure project success.
