We are seeking a skilled Reward & People Analytics Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving data-driven decisions that enhance our employee reward strategies and overall people practices. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing compensation and benefits data, conducting market research, and benchmarking our reward offerings against industry standards. You will collaborate closely with HR business partners and management to provide insights that support talent acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
