Change Lead Director - Onboarding

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Lead Director - Onboarding to spearhead our onboarding initiatives and drive transformational change within our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our onboarding processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the company culture, while also optimizing the overall onboarding experience. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs that align with our organizational goals, monitoring and analyzing onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement, and developing training materials that enhance the learning experience for new employees.
