Senior People and Culture Lead (12-month Maternity Cover)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior People and Culture Lead to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our organization's goals while fostering a positive work environment. Your expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development will be crucial as you work collaboratively with department heads to identify workforce needs and implement effective solutions. You will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture, promoting diversity and inclusion, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
