Human Resources Business Partner (Pallas Portfolio)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (Pallas Portfolio) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR expertise to drive organizational effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, ensuring the delivery of effective HR services, and supporting talent management initiatives. Key responsibilities include advising on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development while collaborating with management to facilitate workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will also lead initiatives related to employee engagement and retention, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Additionally, you will support diversity and inclusion efforts, helping to create a workplace that values diverse perspectives. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, combined with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role, is required.
