Partner Manager - Cybersecurity

We are seeking a Partner Manager – Cybersecurity to build and grow strategic relationships with technology partners, solution providers, resellers, and managed service organisations. In this role, you will develop and execute partner strategies that expand market reach, strengthen ecosystem engagement, and support revenue growth across cybersecurity solutions. You will act as a trusted point of contact for partners, aligning their capabilities with customer needs and business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new partners, managing existing relationships, and creating joint business plans with clear objectives, activity targets, and revenue outcomes. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, product, technical, and customer success teams to deliver partner enablement, go-to-market campaigns, training sessions, workshops, and account development initiatives. You will also support partners through the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, proposal development, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and forecasting. Regularly monitoring pipeline performance, partner contribution, market trends, and competitive activity will be essential to the role.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or alliances within the cybersecurity, cloud, software, or technology sector. You should understand cybersecurity concepts such as network security, identity and access management, endpoint protection, cloud security, threat detection, or risk management, with the ability to communicate technical value to both specialist and non-specialist audiences. Strong negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills are required, along with a commercial mindset and a track record of achieving growth through indirect sales channels. Experience working with partner ecosystems, CRM platforms, and structured sales methodologies would be advantageous. A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a changing market are essential.
