We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Risk Specialist to join our Cyber Risk Department. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and mitigating cyber risks across the organization. You will conduct thorough risk assessments, develop and implement risk management strategies, and provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices. Your expertise will be critical in identifying vulnerabilities and assisting in the formulation of policies and procedures to enhance the organization’s cyber resilience.

Your duties will include analyzing emerging cyber threats, performing risk analysis on new technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be expected to prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining risk findings and recommendations. Additionally, you will lead training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness among employees, ensuring that all staff are equipped to identify and respond to potential threats.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, along with a strong background in risk assessment methodologies. A relevant certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders at all levels.
