Your key responsibilities will include conducting system analysis and simulations, developing control algorithms, and creating detailed documentation for control system designs. You will also lead testing and validation processes to ensure all systems function as intended, troubleshooting any issues that arise during development and implementation. Additionally, mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance will be an important part of your role, as you share your knowledge and experience to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in controls design. Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, C/C++, or Python, as well as experience with PLCs and SCADA systems, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to teamwork will be vital to your success in this position.
