You will also assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system. You will work closely with recruiters to understand position requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a talent pipeline, engaging with potential candidates, and promoting our employer brand. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A background in recruitment or human resources is preferred, but we are open to candidates with a passion for talent acquisition and a willingness to learn.
