We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Head of Financial Crime Strategy & Controls. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's financial crime strategy, ensuring robust controls are in place to mitigate risks associated with money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborating with various departments to align our financial crime policies with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Your expertise will drive the continuous enhancement of our compliance programs while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and designing effective controls to safeguard against financial crime. You will be tasked with monitoring and analyzing emerging trends in financial crime and adapting strategies accordingly. Additionally, you will represent the organization in discussions with regulatory bodies, ensuring that we maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will also provide training and guidance to staff on financial crime prevention measures and facilitate a proactive approach to risk management across all levels of the company.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial crime prevention, compliance, or risk management, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations (e.g., AML, KYC). You should have exceptional analytical skills, the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve strategic goals.
