To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in talent acquisition, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership position within a global organization. You should have a deep understanding of recruitment technologies, employer branding, and a proven track record of implementing successful talent acquisition strategies. Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at all levels are essential. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
