We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. This role requires a thorough understanding of payroll regulations and best practices, as well as the ability to manage payroll systems efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining payroll records, processing employee compensation, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. The Payroll Manager will also manage payroll reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and generate reports for senior management to aid in strategic decision-making.

In addition to payroll processing, the Payroll Manager will collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data management, including new hire onboarding and terminations. You will play a key role in the administration of employee benefits and deductions, and work closely with external auditors during payroll audits. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional organizational skills, a strong analytical mindset, and effective communication abilities. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, is required. Familiarity with payroll software and systems, as well as certification from a recognized payroll organization, will be considered an advantage.
