We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security and Compliance Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our information security and compliance programs. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our data handling practices align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing security policies, and leading initiatives to enhance our security posture. You will also oversee compliance audits and collaborate with external auditors to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and compliance management. Proven experience in developing and implementing security frameworks, as well as a deep understanding of security technologies and tools, is essential. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, is preferred.
