We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic People Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to employees and management, providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Your primary responsibilities will include offering support on employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. You will play a pivotal role in talent management initiatives, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar advisory role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build meaningful relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis is essential, as you will be expected to leverage HR metrics to drive decision-making. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our HR department in various administrative functions, ensuring that our workplace remains a positive and productive environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, processing new hire paperwork, and supporting the onboarding process for new employees.
