We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, translating business needs into actionable user stories, and ensuring a seamless delivery of product features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software products that meet customer needs and drive business objectives. Your expertise will guide the product development process, helping to ensure that the team adheres to Agile methodologies and delivers on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in product ownership or management. You should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to make data-driven decisions. Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, gathering and analyzing feedback from users, and managing the product backlog to reflect priorities. Additionally, you will facilitate sprint planning, review sessions, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement within the team.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in product ownership or a similar role. Familiarity with Agile frameworks, experience with product management tools, and a solid understanding of software development processes are essential.
