We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Automation Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions across various industrial processes. Your expertise will enable you to lead projects that improve operational efficiency, enhance system reliability, and drive innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of automated systems. Additionally, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems, ensuring that all equipment operates at optimal performance levels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control systems, PLC programming, and SCADA systems. You should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation engineering. Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block is essential. Familiarity with industry standards, such as ISA and IEC, is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are critical to your success in this position.
