You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, translating high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, and collaborating closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends, defining product roadmaps, and maintaining a well-organized backlog. You will lead sprint planning, review, and retrospectives, ensuring that development teams are aligned with project goals and timelines. Additionally, you will monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future enhancements. A strong understanding of agile methodologies is essential, as you will be expected to facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in product ownership or management within a technical environment. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA or Confluence, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, are necessary.
