A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH. Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM solutions, is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are critical for success in this role.
