You will conduct thorough assessments of security protocols, identify vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and updating security policies, procedures, and training programs to foster a culture of security awareness within the organization.

As a key member of our security team, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and facilitate audits. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on security incidents, conducting investigations as necessary, and ensuring that all personnel are trained on compliance matters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of defence security frameworks and regulatory standards, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. A background in risk management or security operations is highly desirable.
