We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT and Cyber Security Manager to lead our organization's information technology and cybersecurity initiatives. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust security strategies to protect our information systems and data from cyber threats. You will oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance while enforcing security protocols. Your key responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, implementing security measures, and monitoring network activity to detect and respond to security incidents. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT management, cybersecurity practices, and incident response. You will be expected to lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance our cybersecurity posture. Proficiency in security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS is essential, along with experience in managing firewall, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection solutions. A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, will be highly regarded. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role, as you will be required to present security strategies to executive leadership and train staff on security best practices.
