We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company. Your primary duties will include processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with monthly reconciliations. You will also help maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. You should be comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with various departments to gather information and resolve discrepancies. A minimum of an associate degree in accounting or finance, along with relevant experience in a similar role, is preferred.
