We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic team within the UK Water Sector. In this pivotal role, you will oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repair operations across various water treatment facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of skilled electricians, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing maintenance schedules, diagnosing electrical faults, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, with significant experience in the water sector or similar industries. A relevant electrical qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, is essential, along with 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certification. Proven leadership skills are crucial, as you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach will enable you to identify and address issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
