We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Technician with a focus on Infrastructure and Cyber Security to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of our systems. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network performance, and assisting in the management of our cybersecurity protocols. You will also be tasked with implementing updates, patches, and upgrades to our systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network infrastructure, server management, and cybersecurity principles.
