Strong communication skills are required to effectively liaise with project stakeholders, present findings, and drive project timelines. Candidates should possess a robust understanding of PLCs, SCADA systems, and advanced control techniques, along with proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or similar.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience in controls engineering. A proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing projects from conception to completion is essential.
