You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining HR policies and procedures, conducting employee satisfaction surveys, and addressing employee concerns effectively. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, along with a degree in Human Resources or a related field and relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
