You should have a strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, as well as experience in project management and cost estimation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills will be necessary to liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
