In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, providing exceptional support and troubleshooting assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to support requests via phone, email, and chat, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and guiding users through problem resolution. You will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cloud technologies and security protocols.

As an apprentice, you will receive comprehensive training to enhance your technical skills and knowledge in IT support, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. You will work closely with experienced professionals who will mentor you in best practices and emerging technologies.
