We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Analyst (Sustainability) for a 6-month fixed-term contract or secondment opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sustainability initiatives through comprehensive analysis of our asset portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess and report on the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance of our assets, ensuring alignment with both corporate sustainability goals and regulatory requirements. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement and providing actionable insights to enhance our sustainability practices.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough data analysis to evaluate the sustainability performance of our assets, preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders, and assisting in the development of sustainability strategies. You will also be involved in monitoring industry trends and best practices in sustainability, providing recommendations for integrating these insights into our asset management processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will liaise with various departments to facilitate effective implementation of sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in finance, environmental science, or a related field, along with previous experience in asset analysis or sustainability roles. A passion for sustainability and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be highly valued in this position.
