We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security protocols and strategies to protect our systems and data. You will lead security assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that security best practices are integrated into the development and operational processes. Your expertise will be critical in guiding the organization through security incidents and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with extensive experience in threat modeling, penetration testing, and incident response. You should possess deep knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption methods. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will mentor junior engineers and liaise with stakeholders at all levels. A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, is preferred.
