We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components for various projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our products meet industry standards and client specifications. You will also lead cross-functional teams in the execution of engineering projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include conducting feasibility studies, performing simulations, and overseeing prototype development to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design and analysis. Proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD) and experience with FEA tools is required. You should have a solid understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and suppliers. A Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus, as is experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or consumer products.
