We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Controls Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems that enhance productivity and efficiency within our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve any control system issues, ensuring minimal downtime. This position requires a strong understanding of PLC programming, HMI design, and SCADA systems, as well as a commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards.

Your primary duties will include conducting system analysis and performance evaluations, developing and optimizing control algorithms, and creating detailed documentation for system design and modifications. You will also provide training and support to operators and maintenance personnel on automation technologies, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to operate and maintain the systems effectively. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities for process improvements and automation upgrades, contributing to overall operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial automation. Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are crucial for success in this role.
