To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and environmental management systems. A degree in Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. You must demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in conducting audits and training staff on quality and environmental protocols is essential.
