We are seeking an experienced European Product Management & Sustainability Director to join our dynamic team and lead our commitment to sustainability across our product lines. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with our sustainability goals while maximizing market opportunities. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring that all products not only meet customer needs but also adhere to our sustainability initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and drive innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the European market. A deep understanding of sustainability practices and principles is essential, as well as the ability to integrate these into product strategies effectively. You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of product plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting KPIs and measuring the impact of sustainability initiatives on product performance. Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must, along with a proven track record of driving change and fostering a culture of sustainability within an organization.
