We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Change Specialist to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure a smooth transition during project rollouts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential changes, assess their impact, and devise plans to mitigate risks. Your expertise will be essential in guiding stakeholders through the change process, facilitating training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new practices.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in change management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to assess organizational readiness for change. Key responsibilities include conducting impact assessments, developing communication plans, and creating change management frameworks tailored to specific projects. A deep understanding of change management methodologies, such as ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-Step Process, is essential.
