Key responsibilities include conducting impact assessments, developing communication plans, and creating change management frameworks tailored to specific projects. A deep understanding of change management methodologies, such as ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-Step Process, is essential. Additionally, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as you will be engaging with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
